I plan to buy a new desktop, but the graphic card hard to choose,
Between Double GIGABYTE GT240 1GB D5 128BIT SLi & Single GIGABYTE GTX460 1GB D5 256BIT! Which one better, how to compare? SLi is cheaper than single GTX460! ^_^

you never want to use sli if you don't have to and using sli on two low end cards is just silly. a single gtx460 is much faster than two gt240 cards anyway. also if you are buying an off the shelf pc then it may not even support sli in the first place. based on your questions here I think you may want to get some more advice before you buy that new pc too.

My plan:
CPU Core i5 760 @ 2.80GHz || M.B GIGABYTE H55M-USB3 || GPU SLi or GTX460 || RAM Kingston KHX1600C9D3K2/4G || H.D Western Digital Black 1TB || CASE Cooler Master USP100 || PSU Cooler Master GX550W
Extra: Cooler Master V8

GTX460 without a blink on my eye. Very good priced atm and outperform 240s. Did i mention anything about directx 11?
