SLI nVidia profiles gone!

Hi. When I go into the nVidia CP and select 'Manage 3D Settings" it is empty. Is there any way I can get all of those nVidia-enhanced profiles back or do I have to reload the drivers?

nhancer+xml profile file.

Just use nhancer to import the xml file.
After you install nhancer go to
file->import->change the file type to xml->then import

Then follow what ever it says on screen.
