Sli mouse stutter

I've been getting some bad mouse jerkiness that is related to sli and lower frame rates.

I know it is directly related to the mouse and not multigpu microstutter because if I just move using the keyboard visuals are nice and steady. Desktop and in game menus are fine but actual game play is not smooth when below 60 fps.

Any pros care to chime in and shed some light.

If I disable sli my mouse movement is fine even when my fps is lower. I can't post youtube video's if that is a must.

I know there were some issues with windows 8.1. Do a google search of "Windows 8.1 mouse" and I believe you might be able to find a solution.

tried the reg fixes
windows patch wont install

-getting sick of this crap

I went windows 8 to modernize and get better BF4 performance.
I've gotten accustomed to it now and I'm back to the original problem of wanting better performance.

again, getting sick of this crap.

disabling Sli fixes the problem anyhow, so I'm not even sure my issue is this proposed Windows 8.1 mouse lag thing.

Been shopping for a new gpu/s for a while... BF4 seems to have problems with Sli and crossfire...
