SLI Mixing Questions

I would have thought there were thousands of noob posts like this out there, but I haven't seen one.

As I understand it, SLI required the same chip and the same mem footprint for best results. As both of these are g92 cores, can they be run in SLI, or will their differing firmware make that impossible?

Well the GT has less shaders so probably not. There is a way that involves downgrading your GTS to GT performance and working it, but I don't recommend it.

It has to show up as the same model to the driver, so no. Graphics RAM on the cards doesn't matter.
