I got 2 BFG OC GTX 7800 for SLI gaming and I can say I am quite satisfied. The problem now is the heat genereated by these 2 cards. On the first card I got 45o and on the 2nd is 61o when in SLI mode. Are these tempatures normal for GTX cards? I would like to do watercooling maybe on these cards. Does anyone have any advice as to what watercool setup to do? Or any advice on to making my temp. lower.

If those temps are idle, then you are facing a bit of overheating indeed... The upper card is actually quite warm too with 45°C... You could buy yourself a combo of AC NV Silencers or Zalman VF700's... Those will take a bit more space, but will cool notably better than the stock coolers... The Aspire case seems to already have a really good airflow, so there is probably not much to improve there...

No these temps are not idle. When I do a some SLI gaming they get like this say about 3 or 4 hours of heavy gaming.
