My situation is I have an DFI NForce 4 Ultra-D

There is a mod available that gives my Board SLI support. NOW

I just need an SLI bridge. The only ones available on Ebay are Asus ones..

My question is Does brand matter, Or are they all the same.

what matters is the distance between the pci-e slots because many boards tend to be different. that is why you need to find a specific bridge

flexible SLI bridge will work just fine, yes.

All the bridges are identical in functionality, they're just different sizes to fit different manufacturer mobos.

The asus ones are flexible. Probably to save asus money on multiple different boards all sharing a single SLI bridge design.
