Sli 460s and Nvidia Surround

Hey, i want to get nvidia surround, three monitors, but don't have the money for a gpu upgrade right now. But, i would like to buy the monitors and at least get that out of the way.

So obviously, i wouldn't be able to play bf3 on sli 1gb 460s at 5760 x 1080.
But, would i be able to at least play games like l4d2 and team fortress 2 at a nice fps, 60fps, on high settings?

You can play BF3 with low/medium settings. Those other games will run fine. Fast paced shooters on three screens takes alot of getting used too.
 
You will run into some massive VRAM limitations on modern games in surround but source engine games should run fine.

If you run into problems turn off MSAA.
