-Constantly seeing Windows - No Disk Exception error pop ups
-Many Windows services won't even load (Defragment, etc.)
-PC is incredibly slow & bogged down. CPU is permanently under full load.
-System startup & shutdown is really slow.
-Was experiencing automatic system shutdowns, but I think I fixed it.

Not sure specifically what the problem is or what caused it. I'm suspecting a virus. Can anyone help?

audiosr.dll is a rootkit trojan that can cause the problems you are experiencing. Malware bytes says it deleted it, so go to windows/system32 and make sure it is gone. If it isn't , start the computer in safe mode, F8 at startup, and delete the file.

access is denied when attempting to do anything with this file in safe mode. I tried going in via cmd & changing it's attributes, but access is denied. Hell it even says that any user can do anything with this file, but I can't.

If you haven't wiped the drive yet try ComboFix in Safe Mode with networking. It has worked for me on highly infected drives where Malawarebytes' Anti-Malware and SAS have failed to clean them. You can download it from BleepingComputer with instructions on how to use. Link

You have multiple AntiVirus programs running. They will spend more time fighting against one another than protecting your system.

This could be a major reason for your sluggish behavior. I would recommend removing PC Tools AntiVirus and keeping NOD32 AntiVirus.

I have had a lot of luck cleaning up infected drives using Microsoft's new tool at safety.live.com. Boot up up in safe mode with networking. and start the tool, it only runs on IE and will require allowing active X apps to run , and then run a Full service scan.
