Sleeving SATA and PCI-E Connectors?

HeaterCore

Senior member
I've finished sleeving the molex and ATX connectors on my new PSU, which is almost as much fun as it sounds, and I just realized that I don't have the foggiest idea how I'm going to remove the PCI-E connectors, or even more so the SATA connectors.

The PCI-E headers can probably popped off with the appropriate tool, but what about the SATA? Or should I start looking for a different sleeving material/method than the woven "finger-cuffs" type?

The SATA connectors should be the easiest.

There's a little part at the back of them that should be able to be popped off. Should be able to sleeve it and then pop it back on.
