Sleeving PSU

So I have mostly all of it done and it looks awesome. But getting to the SATA, GPU and atx cables have provided a problem. How the hell do you get the wires out of the 4p atx, 20+4 atx and the sata and gpu that come out of the PSU. I have no clue how to do this so please give me your advice.
