Sleeping Questions....Do you snore or not?

If you guys do snore, what remedies do you use to stop / reduce snoring.

Apparently last night i broke a couple of windows.

I know something has changed, im going to teh doctor to check something out. My roomie says I am way to fscking loud. She can hear me in her room, which she couldnt last sem.


My mom said after i came back from trhe midwest something happened. I am snoring a lot louder and frequently. My roomie thinks my sinuses are blocked but i doubt that.

I usually don't snore except when I have a cold and I'm sleeping on my back. I'm pretty loud then but thankfully that is rare.

I am not sure. I didn't used to snore. Recently, in june, I had strep. After that for several months I snored loudly. It may be that I snored all my life, but I didn't notice it myself until after the strep. Had my tonsils out because they were enlarged for months and probably causing sleep apnea. After that I slept better.

Recently I've been sleeping poorly again, and I have noticed myself snoring once or twice. However, I am also fairly congested and have difficulty breathing through my nose in general.

So the real answer is yes, I snore right now. But I am not sure if I normally snore or if it's just a long strong of obstructions recently.

Both of my parents snore, one loudly.

something changes with age... I never used to and now I actually wake my wife up. I've always slept on my back too...

I make weird animal-type noises in my sleep. I made a recording of myself sleeping once to see if i snored, and it freaked me out so bad I never tried it again.

i do a lot of crazy things in my sleep including snore. if i sleep on my side i don't think i do but it hurts my shoulder.

i've had full conversations with myself (outloud, both sides), and apparently i have sex dreams pretty frequently where i will moan loudly and breath heavily but i never remember them, only hear about it when i wake up.
