I want to go there at some point in my life. Hell, I might even split the cost fifteen ways with other people, just so we could say that we were there.

do you understand how submarines were knocked out with depth charges in WW2?

Its not from the actual charge, but the concussion, which is enourmous underwater. One home made depth charge dropped from a watercraft or aircraft would do rediculous damage to that hotel.
 
I watched a thing on dubai... the reason for building everything they are isn't just to show off their riches, they know the oil is going to run out some time, and they want to have something to fall back on. They're like building a whole city inside of a city... it's amazing with that much wealth what one can do... but they're thinking about the future unlike saudi and other oil-rich countries
