What is the best sleep position to avoid arms falling alseep at nite?

I dunno, I always keep turning, I think I end up on my back in the morning most often :D

Really stupid question. Why would you want your arms staying awake while the rest of your body slept? Not possible anyway...

If you are waking up with hand & wrist pain it may be carpal tunnel, & you'll need to wear wrist guards. If it continues more than a few days, go see your doctor.

I usually sleep on my back, and don't ever wake up with "dead arm." If I sleep on my side or my stomach, though, it's likely to happen.
