We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. It's all about the sleep cycles, as long as I get it in roughly hour and a half increments I can wake up feeling pretty good regardless of how much sleep I get. 4.5 - 5 hours is the minimum so I don't feel like I'm on a cloud for the first couple hours of consciousness.
for the last 2-1/2 weeks, i've been going to bed at like 3-3:30 and waking up at 7:30 so I can get to work at 8:00... I have a feeling that if I actually get a lot of sleep one day it will completely screw up my internal clock and make me all tired again lol...
