I generally get about 8 hours sleep a night and it seems that its the minimum I can reasonably go on at the moment. I'm 22 and I've been excercising quite a bit lately, it burns me the hell out if I don't get enough sleep.
I have been 2 days with out sleep. And sometimes i get less than 4 hours. But that was when i was feeling rebelious. But now i at least get 8-10 hours of sleep.
during finals, or when work and school get tough, i sleep around 5 hours a night, the longest ive gone is 3 days with only 2 hours of sleep. man i felt like [/b]shit[/b] however when i finally got a chance to sleep, i passed out for 16 hours
i'm right up there w/ dam on lack of sleep. many nites i avg about 5 hours and during finals i sometimes fall to about 2 hours sleep. once i went 3 or 4 days w/ only like 3 hours of sleep - i can't remember if it was 3 or 4, i was delirious by that last day
