Try working 3rd shift it won't matter how much sleep you get because you will always feel like shat.

Thats a good rule, and I am gonna try it.
 
If you need an alarm clock to wake you up in the morning, you probably aren't getting enough sleep.

I think that's true. I was never one for early rising, but found that I could sleep in until 9 or 10 in the morning, even if I had gone to bed at 10 the previous night.
