Sleep for 15 minutes every hour for two weeks

I just heard that if you sleep for 15 minutes every hour for two weeks, you'll be able to go directly into REM cycles afterwards. Anybody hear anything about these sleep patterns?

i am willing to test this
i'll have to hide better at work though
but i think i can give it a shot

This won't work for me.

A. Because I have this thing called a job and don't live at home and jerk around an internet forum all day.

B. It takes me an hour to get to sleep.

Do what I did. Sit really far back in chair with head leaning on chair. That way, when you slump over, you don't actually slump too far to be seen🙂. Oh, and try to look towards a wall.

I have zero trouble falling asleep. Haven't for years, I'm completely out within 3 minutes of laying down. This isn't good for meetings, though.

Oh hah. Like my narcoleptic friend in meetings. And how hard I tried not to laugh when he started to snore right next to me.
