Slaving a drive to retrieve data

I've got a drive from an XP home machine that had a mobo failure. I'm trying to get some application data out from the E:\Documents and Settings\Owner folder by slaving the drive to another working machine. Problem is, i'm receiving an error that states "Access Denied". I can see the All Users folder and access everything inside of that, but the Owner folder is somehow locked

Is there a workaround to this?
