SL6Z3 Costa Rica, Bad/Good ?

guys I have a question, is the SL6Z3 made in Costa Rica bad or good or very good or very bad ?
asking because I noticed all the CPUs in the OCing Records are SL6WF and I was wondering if I got a bad cpu or not

SL6Z3's are the M0 stepping which are VERY good. Expect to hit between 3.3-3.6GHz on default voltage pending your other parts.

its not made in costa rica, its packaged there.. fabbed in oregon

packaging place doesn't matter...
