SL-75MRN-L Video Problems

I am having problems with my Soltek SL-75MRN-L with on board Geforce 4 MX enabled. When I run the Sandra 2003 Memory Bandwidth Benchmarks, the enitre screen shakes back and forth and is scrambled a bit. I've installed all of the lastest drivers for my board from N-Vidia, and my FSB and AGP are set at 133/66. The problem also happens at a lesser degree when I play widescreen (16:9) DVDs, but not fullscreen (4:3). I see horizontial white lines ocassionally throughout the movie. Thanks for your help.
