I am running Skyrim on a Core i5, HD6870, 8 gig ram setup. I play on ultra with 8x AF no AA and an lcd TV @ 1360x768. According to fraps the fps stay right at 60 all the time. But there is a strange stuttering effect when I am in first person mode, 3rd person it doesnt do this. I have googled this and found many exasperated players with the same issue, but not much help. One suggestion was to play in windowed mode and for some odd reason this actually does fix the stutter completely. But I cannot move the damn window at all. It is pegged to the top left corner of the screen and I have tried the borderless mod which does take the border away but will not let me center the window, alt tab does nothing, its seems to be impossible to grab the top of that window and move it. Anyone have a suggestion?
