And its 75% if you buy.
For those who don't know: You must run this game through Steam even if you bought it on disc or from Amazon or some other seller.
The Dragonborn and Dawnguard mods are definitely worth the money as they add new areas, new equipment, long quests, and I think a few new spells. Dawnguard adds many more vampires and the ability to voluntarily become a vampire with one click. It also has special vampire spells and abilities. Or if you decline, you can pick up some special anti-vampire spells and arms & armor.
Dragonborn adds some new shouts, some magic abilities that are permanently enabled, and a few goodies that are only found in Morrowind, on the island of Solsteim.
Hearthfire just adds the ability to make your own house, but since theres so many mods for that you may not care.
Oh, it does add the ability to adopt children. And now you can force the wife and kids to stay at home. As well as a dog, and some basic house servants. Also you can build each Daedra Shrine in the basement, for convenience.
