I saw this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tjZ1pII5188
And decided I wanted to improve Skyrim before I play. Don't know what an ENB is or how mods work...hoping for something simple.
What do you guys think of those mods? Any one/s that stand out to you as good?
I've also seen mention of seasons of tamriel a few times. Seems to be a weather mod? Not sure if good or not, weather may be nice but Id rather have a nice realistic world first.
I don't want to change the core game just improve the graphics (well maybe some unofficial bug fixes too). I especially want to ensure I can see everything from far away, I really hate it when stuff magically pops in as you get closer. I also dislike the super blurry background thing. Many of the ENB mods in that video seem to have that issue, and most of the ones that don't seem to make the game ugly to me. Hopefully some of these things can be adjusted.
This will be on a 4790k GTX970 512GB SSD and 16GB RAM @ 1080p 60Hz
I'm hopeful this will run anything I can throw at it. But I do realize Skyrim can be intensive so I don't want to go crazy on mods, keep it like 35FPS minimum ('cause 30 just aint good enough
).
Thanks!
