For almost a year now, Skype-in & Skype-out have been free (US and Canada).
It seems like VoIP is going to be a huge market some day, and considering that Skype must have a user base in the millions, I don't understand how they can afford to let so many users utilize their product for free...
I understand that when they *do* charge, they will already have tons of users subscribing, but even their normal rates are lower than most providers. Yes--they are software only, which must be easier, but still...
