WTF? I have 16GB free on C-colon, and only 5GB out of 8GB of RAM used.

Strangeness.

Edit: Hmm, Skype.exe (*32) is using 1.3GB+. Great idea Microsoft, let's run Flash.OCX inside Skype, so Flash Player memory leaks, bloat, and security holes, can affect Skype. Just freaking great...

Edit: I'm guessing that Skype, being a 32-bit process, bumped up against the 2GB virtual address-space boundary.

This can happen if you don't have Internet Explorer 11 on the system. Even if you don't use IE, newer versions of Skype want to have IE 11 installed. Also check to make sure you have the newest version of Adobe Flash.

Yep, happened again, on a different machine. I guess due to inclusion of Flash.OCX, Skype needs to be re-started every few weeks. What a PITA.

It got up to 1.5GB memory usage.
