Skype question

To skype users-

Can i use my landline phone number as my skype number, or would I have to change everything to the skype number?

I dont use my landline...AT ALL. It is just there for emergency contacts, blockbuster, etc. I would like to get that cost GONE.

i have mine set up as my land line. you are assigned a new number from skype. the only problem is having to turn off the massive pr0n download if my SO wants to make a call.

Not currently possible to transfer your landline numbers to a skype number.

Hmm. I guess it isn't THAT hard to change some of those numbers. Its worth the cost anyway.

Two more questions- is there a cheap phone you can use with skype that doesn't need a computer? Everything i've found has been pretty expensive.
Also, can you fax out of a skype line?
