I just went to place a call to a landline using Skype and It no longer works. They now want me to buy credit. I no longer see any reason to use it and I will now abandon it.

You really didn't know it was going to have a fee? I've used the thing about twice, and not in at least half a year, and I still knew they were going to charge in 2007.

And you have a very bad attitude.

Thanks. Free was the only reason why I used it.

Yeah, I found another one that's free though, the name is iCall. It works adequate but not as good as skype I think.

Yeah seriously if you can't afford $1.25 per month, you should sell your computer and cancel your internet access.

EDIT: You can barely buy a gumball from a vending machine for $1.25 anymore.

Skype said earlier this year their skypeout service would be free through 2006, and they kept their commitment (you ungrateful leech. :p)

I'm concerned that if you leave them, being one of their largest accounts, Skype may go out of business entirely.
