Sure with apps like Google Translate, we can type in and understand any conversation but now with tech like Microsoft's "Skype" translator, today's users no longer have to fear the language barrier.


If this is true, how soon b4 we have a Star Trek one where we can pin it to our chest?

They also have a universal backdoor. I don't need a Skype badge so I can carry MS and the NSA with me everywhere I go for the once a decade occurrence where it would be useful to talk to someone who doesn't know English.
