Skylake-EP BCLK overclocking?

I wonder if we will see the return of BCLK overclocking with Skylake-EP, as we are seeing with 6700K/6600K. If so, this might make the higher-end Xeon E5 chips tempting for those with the cooling to support the crazy amount of heat that highly-clocked Skylake-EP chips would probably put out.

Thoughts?

If Intel really has a "inverse hyperthreading" feature built in as the rumors have it, then single thread performance will scale with more cores and Skylake E will be a beast.
