Is it possible to have Skydrive folders the same way I did in Windows 8.0, i.e. using a local account? Thanks.

no, u have to connect to a Microsoft Account, and there is no more Sky Drive. It's OneDrive now

Yeah, Onedrive. Sucks, there is no "local" workaround. Thanks. Guess I'll keep using Win8.0 for now.
