i wonder if there was a warning put out by the ATC of that airport of if its not towered if the jump plane put one out.
 
???? how do you "land properly" with no legs, unless you were trained that landing properly means to land on your back, butt, or some other part of your body that was still intact after this accident?

There was a case of two planes ending on top of one another. Not sure if both were attepmting to land at the same time or if one was landing and one was taking off. But there's a picture of two planes stacked somewhere, it's pretty neat.
