This site seems pretty neat, but almost too good to be true.

Anyone know if this place is reputable? You can bid on all these fabulous vacation packages for a lot less than typically advertised.

What kind of stuff did she use it for?

It seems legit with the only catch being that there are restrictions on the dates of travel (to be expected)

Cruises, Vegas, Williamsburg, VA. Might have been some other stuff, too.

and she had no complaints? I don't like that if you win a "price per night" vacation for travel within the next year.. they force you to plan your dates within 72 hours of auction win. kind of rude

No omplaints that I've heard. She was encouraging us to use it for our honeymoon, but I'm a little leery of it.
I'm not sure about the mechanics of it...

you just gotta read the entire auction before betting, it seems. there are always hidden charges on top of what you're bidding.

A "price per night" at a resort can be won with a $12 bid, but there's automatically a $32 per person, per night surcharge and sometimes a $30-50 additional charge depending on dates
