I was cutting apart the Walmart pre-cooked chicken I got for dinner and I came upon the wish bone. That's when it struck me. I have not tried this; I dare not. As you know, two people grab a chicken's wishbone, make a wish, snap it, and the one with the longer piece gets his or her wish. So picture it: Bob and Jim both grab their ends. Bob's wish is for Jim's to come true and his own to not. Jim's wish is for Bob's wish to come true and his own not. What the in hell would happen? Since the dawn of time, a wishbone break has always resulted in one and only one wish being granted. In this case, will both be or neither? I feel sick just thinking about it.

You're working on the assumption that wishes mean anything. Since they mean squat, the whole issue is moot.

That's two wishes each.

I cast a counter-spell on the said wish and the said wish gets destroyed and cannot be regenerated.

Even though its a paradox.. I think if you killed your grandfather, you wouldn't have existed obviously, so you wouldn't have been able to kill him.. So everything would go back to the way it was. Its impossible to kill your father, or grandfather.. etc.. etc.. because after you do, you will not exist, so it would have never happened. Though who knows what would happen if that occurred though.. maybe you would just go back to before you killed him, maybe the universe would implode, who knows.. I'd like to find out one day though.

Since neither has wished for any tangible object, it's a moot point. Both wishes could be granted and it would be the exact same result as neither wish being granted, or either wish being granted. How would you know?

Wishes are non-deterministic in their outputs. This question is simply a paradox.

Then why are you searching the man pages for "woman"?
