ehh. I can't believe how hormonal some of our constituents are. every little "assault on honor" is treated with hillarious gravity.

welcome to the intarweb.

Useless crap posted in Off Topic should be disregarded as this is a technical forum at it's roots is it not(entertainment value not withstanding, cause a lot is funny sh|t)? Nightraven and Skoorb are both all about OT, why post on a technology oriented board if you've got nothing to say about it? So anyways I'm about to get hated on here so I think I'll dive under my chair.

BTW, Skoorb you sell the pos Nissan yet? (muttering: multiple ignition coils, BAH!)
Actually you are correct, the number of posts a member has, especially here in OT, means squat! LOL, this coming from a guy with 20,000+ posts:) On the other hand Skoorb's been a member here for a long time, before Fusetalk back when he was known as Brooks.

Yeah, I totally agree with you, AMCRambler. Quality supersedes quantity. It's easy for someone to slip though, when almost everyone else seems to find quality of no significance.

A fact: Skoorb was banned occasionally, or at least once, for his neffing conduct . . . or is it another reason I'm not aware of?

He was formerly known as Brooks.

I guess Skoorb decided to clean up. . . . ;)

It's just interesting how one could be perceived differently, and one's status elevated, especially by those who do not know the history. . . .

Eh, I think most of the forum holds a bias for people with more posts. I posted something in HD once and someone said, "look at that! From a platinum member! or something." I don't give a flying fvck how many posts I have, i'm not going to become everyone's fvcking role model just because my post count is rising.

Skoorb's posts are intelligent and respectful the majority of the time, but I also agree that too many people here like to bend over backwards for lifers. I puke everytime I see someone "give a shoutout" to a lifer in a thread or something. Just finish them off and get on with your lives, no one cares.
