I used to put them in a dish with some olive oil. Brown at 350 in the oven for about 30 minutes, then flip. Cook until it's not pink in the middle.

Put some mozzarella cheese on the chicken and put it back in the oven until the cheese starts to brown. Put some oregano on it and enjoy.

Real zesty chicken.

My roommate usually boils that stuff... not sure how long. Then I think he usually cuts it up and fries it till its brown with peppers and whatnot till its nice and zesty.

I got some myself... I normally bake it in the oven, but I'd like to try out different ways of cooking it.

Plop it on your George Forman Grill for 5 minutes and then you will have the most tender piece of chicken you ever had in your life.

If you dont have said grill, you need to go get said grill. Cooks almost anything you can think of tasty and fast.

dip in milk and then shake in bag w/ bread crumbs and rosemary/italian seasoning

bake for 45 @ 350.

simple at least and very healthy.. tastes great too w/ rice or mashed potatoes and veggies. add a sauce if you want something extra.

There's a million ways to cook it. You could butterfly it, and flatten it with something like a soup can. Then bread it, fry in pan, cover with some cheese and tomato sauce and pasta. I'd also do the same with eggplant and put that on top.

I always used to wrap it in tin foil, along with lemon juice, some seasoning, and a few drops of soy sauce. Then cook in the oven at like 300, turning over once. It was pretty juicy, and good.

Definitely. I just tried making a turkey panini on it for the first time and it turned out pretty good. Only took like 3 minutes too. It can make grill cheese also.

I love chicken cut in to cubes and then stir fried with a mix of vegatables. Add a little broth, some curry paste or powder and serve over white rice or noodles. Sh1t now I'm hungry again.

Since most other ways have been covered....

Get some bbq sauce, dump it into a crock pot, dump in 3 boneless/skinless chicken breasts, turn on crock pot, leave, come back a few hours later to delicious pulled bbq chicken breasts.

Skinless boneless chicken breast needs to be flavoured out the ying-yang to be good. Pretty blan otherwise. All the suggestions of BBQ sauce, Curry, etc are the best ways. Also works well in dishes such as Chicken Stroganoff or in a good hearty stew. Just fried or broiled is nasty though.
