Skin Rash....advice please.

I know you all aren't doctors here, but I need some advice. I started getting a skin rash on my neck yesterday morning. It was about 40 or so small red bumps. They don't itch much or anything. They just sort of appeared. By today, the rash spread down to my chest and back. A couple of small bumps to my face. I know these rashes are common, but I was wondering how common. I haven't had one of these since my mother washed my clothes with Tide detergent like 15 years ago.

I hit the drugstore tonight and got some hydrocortizone to treat it with something even though I know that primarily just takes care of the itch. (I suppose the aloe vera doesn't hurt either though) If things don't clear up in a day or so I'll head to the doc. Anyone wanna share a story or some advice?

Rashes can come from a lot of things. Last year I got rashes on my back and chest, doc said it was due to stress, went away by themselves in a month. I started gettin some last month again and doc told me they were due to my sweat causing problems (i sweat a loooot).

My advice, go see a doc. Gl
