Skin Gmail!

It's relatively new, but works pretty well, and it shows the potential gmail has since it's mostly CSS. They can start doing themes and skins practically anytime they want!

I've merged it with the existing .css file (there are two with the same name in that folder - how is that possible?) and don't see any difference.

i tried it and it looks ugly, good thing is that now i'm changing the CSS to better suit my preferences.
