Skiing Equipment Reviews?

Is there a good website for getting reviews on skiing equipment. Its time for me to buy some new stuff, and I want to know what is good and what isn't.

By the way, I'm talking about Snow skiing.

A google search for individual pieces will find you a good review or two. But because everyone has different physical capabilities, the best way to review ski equipment is to demo them on the mountain. Depending on your ski level, a "good" piece of equipment won't do you any good. On the other hand, if you know the type of ride you want, you can go through a whole florish of demo skis at a good mountain for a decent price if you don't mind spending the time switching.
