Sketchy website to order from?

well I've been researching mp3 players and prices at the same time trying to weigh costs with features...but when I came across this site - http://www.electricalvault.co.uk/ - I knew that this was where I was going to buy from.

They have all their prices in GBP, so I didn't realize that the prices were actually rediculously low. Am I the target of a phisher? Is this website sketchy beyond belief?

I had a hunch, but I just wanted a second, and possibly a third opinion.
