Skateboarder shoved by cop

wow i hope they marched down to the prescient and filed a report (and made a copy for themselves)
 
But then after they file a report, the black cop will file a racial lawsuit against them saying the only reason they filed a suit against her is cus she's black :laugh:

Not that I really like skateboarders because they annoy me, but if that happened to me I might have some neck pain.

fell? he was shoved into the bush. the officer was in the wrong. she should be charged with assault (but she won't though it is in the news) and take some more training or something.
 
The cop shouldn't have done that.

Especially when it's video taped. It did look like the kids were up to no good. I'm sure they knew that cop was there.

he had a pretty good manual going til that marine algae with a badge decided to assault him.
 
It looks to me like the cop was trying to stop him, not shove him into the bush.

And the response "Ohhh, it looks like you just assaulted someone..." makes me think the kids were trying for it.

Damned punks - they should be glad it's not 30 years ago, when they'd have been removed from their skateboards by a billy club. Seriously, kids like that do crap just to see how far they can push it. Skaters EVERYwhere know to look for no boarding signs, and these two seem like the type who were happy just to ignore it and see how long they could get away it with.

please.they were skating it because it was a cool spot, probably had the video camera for filming their tricks.

The punk was out there looking for trouble.

Cheyne Dowds has not decided what to do about the incident, which he calls an assault. He said skaters sometimes pick a spot where they shouldn't be, but he says they are never belligerent and always leave when told.

'If we're skating a spot, and the curb's really good, and someone comes out to complain, that's OK,' Dowds said. 'If we're doing something wrong, we know it, we'll go.'

Right, we just ignore the ordinance we know about until someone comes out to complain. Apparently the rules only apply when you're "assaulted".
 
She assaulted him pure and simple. If it was a white cop and a black skateboarder people would've been screaming "racism" too.

Still, I think punk skateboarders deserve that kind of treatment. :laugh:
