Im now stuck at the PJ's manson part. i don't know how to do a fs 5-0 grind and then a fs tail, when i do the 5-0 then ollie, it throws me off the bench every time.

Im confused as hell

Don't ollie. Do the 5-0 then drag the left stick to the left/right (I don't remember which way), until your board falls into a tail slide.

yup, figured that out after 2 hours and a couple you tube videos later
