I think its mostly just the mouth moving. There doesn't seem to be any facial expresion. Obviously, breakthrough technology.
 
It's like on Conan O'Brien when they pretend to interview someone on the TV screen by superimposing a talking mouth over the person's face. Apparently, this company thinks that's a revolutionary way to communicate.
