Yea so, I'm a pretty trim mofo, and I've been looking for a watch that will fit my skinny-ass wrist nicely. I started looking last year around this time, but gave up after awhile because everything was just to big and bulky on me. I figured, "forget it".

So I went to the mall this weekend and I stumble on these ultra lightweight and nice looking watches called "Skagen" (they're from Denmark). This watch really impressed me because it has all the asthetic elements that I've been searching for, but moreover, it fits me perfectly.

Now I'm just trying to find out if Skagen has a good reputation and all that. I would assume that for a 100 US dollars they would, but I need to double check before I hand out that kind of money for a watch.

Anyone know?

They're fine. I agree they are aesthetically pleasing - they have some very elegant designs. They are standard fare for their price range, with quartz movements and mineral crystals. Personally I am not a quartz-watch guy, but have no beef with Skagen.

Anyone know if they are actually made in Denmark? As opposed to being thats just where the company is from.
