SK8V HELP? I need a new one !

My sk8v mobo crashed and I need a new one or one of equal or better quality that will accept the same 940 cpu, thank you for your help.

link for the only one i could findThat is the older 940 socket and I would go with the SK8N or the same board if you can find it.
