SK41G can't detect Athlon 1700+ properly

Having some issues with the FX41 motherboard that came with my Shuttle SK41G XPC

The Bios seems to only want to detect my XP 1700+ as 1100 ghz (while its supposed to be 1.47 or so). Normally I would just change the the clock from 100-133... but the bios seems to cap the clock at 132, and when I set to this, the system refuses to boot. I only fixed it by clearing the CMOS. There doesn't seem to be a BIOS update, it seems very weird that the max clock is 132... is there something that I'm doing wrong

BTW this is a new OEM XP1700+ from Googlegear, ram is 2 new sticks of Mushkin 512 pc2700 RAM

Thanks for any help

If you open the case and take a look at the left side, there's a red jumper next to the AGP slot bridging two pins. Take it out. That toggles 100/133MHz FSB.
