Should fit in most any case, just be careful of cases with side intake fans. If you're worried you can check on most manufacturer websites and it will list the maximum height a cpu cooler can be.

this is a tough question to answer unless someone who already has this cooler responds. typically though, the CPU socket (and therefore the CPU cover that is the fan/heatsink mounting surface) sits at various distances from the side panel of the case depending on whether it has a motherboard tray or not, and depending on the distance between the side panel and the mobo tray, which can vary from case to case. for cases without mobo trays, the height of mobo stand-offs, the mobo thickness, and the CPU socket height are pretty standard, or at least within a range of a few millimeters from the case's side panel. obviously the farther away the fan/heatsink mounting surface is from the side panel, the less room you'll have for a tall fan/heatsink, and the closer it'll come to hitting the other side panel (or any fans that might be mounted to it).

that being said, i have a COOLER MASTER Gladiator 600 case, which has no mobo tray, and so the only things between the fan/heatsink mounting surface and the case's side panel are the CPU socket, the mobo itself, and the mobo stand-offs. this case is 7.95"/201.9mm wide, and the CPU is cooled by a COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus (which is 6.24"/158.5mm tall) without any clearance issues. i should note though that i do not have enough clearance to mount any 25mm thick case fans on the far side panel, and while i don't know the exact clearance between the top of the CPU cooler than the far side panel, it appears to be approx 0.5" or so.

so consider again that my COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus (which is 6.24"/158.5mm tall) fit in my COOLER MASTER Gladiator 600 (which is 7.95"/201.9mm wide) with "some" room to spare. the Thermaltake CLP0574 that you're looking at is 6.38"/162mm tall, 0.14"/3.5mm taller than my COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus. so if you add that same amount to my case width, we know that the Thermaltake CLP0574 will fit in a case that is at least 8.09"/205.4mm wide, has no mobo tray, and has no 25mm thick fans mounted to the inside of the case's far side panel, with "some" room to spare (maybe 0.5" or so). if you consider any cases with mobo trays, figure out the offset from the side panel and add that to the above width of 8.09"/205.4mm. likewise, if you consider any cases with fans mounted to the inside of the far side panel, again add the overall thickness of the fan that comes with the case (or whatever fan you buy separately) to the overall case width of 8.09"/205.4mm and you should end up with a case width sufficient for the Thermaltake CLP0574.
