Size of 6600gt cards

I'm in desperate need of finding out the dimensions of a 6600GT card, specifically the Chaintech model, I'm building a pc for a friend and I have some cool mod ideas but I need stuff like height (including the fan thing and the metal faceplate where the ports are). So if anyone has a 6600gt chaintech and doesnt mind having a look pls reply .. other 6600GT brands will help too 😉.

they're normal video card size, and the 6600gt with the heatsink and what not isn't above 1" last time i checked...maybe a little more, i dunno
 
I know some cases can cause problems with larger video cards. I used to have a case that barely fit my oversized GeForceFX 5900 (which was quite long).

I recently upgraded to a BFG GeForce 6600GT OC, which thankfully was considerably smaller then my older FX5900. This allowed me to move my PC to a smaller case, and my new BFG 6600GT fits just fine in a very cramped case (this same new case would NOT have been able to accomodate my older 5900).

Though I don't have physcial dimensions, I can say that every 6600GT card I have seen is the "normal" size of a video card... they are not large/tall/long in any sense of the word. I'd say the 6600GT is the same size as say, a GeForce2 or GeForce3 card if you know their sizes.

Sorry for not having exact dimensions, but the 6600GT is not large or oversized in any way in my opinion. (the 6800's you would have to worry about though).
