This is awesome, coming at a time when dual-core phones can run PSX emulators at the full 60fps needed for smoothness.

Nice! Too bad I have neither a PS3 nor an Android phone, but if I had both I would definitely put this to use.

But... Why? I guess if you have a phone with video out then you could have a portable emulator. That's about the only use I see though.
