he will probly sell everything below cost, make some friends, and come out of jail in a few years with some kind of money waiting. I really doubt he will pay back nearly what he stole.

Are you a kid? The government seized his property and THEY will auction it off. He doesn't see a dime because the money he made was NOT legal.

If this was a black guy who broke into a bank or robbed it at gunpoint he'd be locked up for 20 years. White collar crime FTW!!!

So, if it was a white, or asian, or etc, guy who commited armed robbery they wouldn't be locked up for 20 years?

Matt

Whites and Asians aren't stupid enough to try and rob a bank.... Being as the previous statement is blatantly false, I guess it's time to call fenrir a racist!

Anyhoo, what happens to the people who bought product from this company? I highly doubt that any (few) of them did it knowing that the products were pirated but since they did pay I figure that either they should get a legal copy(the companies are being reimbursed to some extent), or their money back with interest.

Federal prison is extremly sh!tty unless you are Martha Stewart. He will have it rough. Not in any way worth it.

I thought federal prisons were cushy? Much more so than state, or so i thought/heard.

yes, state prisons are worse because thats where all the violent criminals get locked up.
assault, murder gets tried in state courts, not feeral
