still a couple hours away. waiting to catch the kids trying to make 2 rounds. 'wasnt the eye patch on the other side about 10 minutes ago?? get outta here!'

LOL... Oh, man, there are alot of kids around here... i'm running out of candy and it's only been an hour.

I haven't gotten a single one.

I would of thought that apartments would get hit up a ton due to easy walking distances.

I'm outside right now handing out candy to the rugrats. My policy is little kids that dress up get three peices, little kids that don't dress up get two peices, and older punk kids only get one. Candy bars though. I don't wanna be the cratchety old man that gets egged because I gave out crummy candy or even worse - pencils and erasers.

I know it's lame to sit on the porch and nef on the porch with the laptop, but it's new and I'm testing the battery life. Yea, battery life

I'm sitting home alone waiting for the little punks while drinking a beer and trying to avoid eating the candy. I have 2 jumbo bags of hershey type candy's. I think it will be more than enough.. seems like all my neighbors have their lights off so i'm getting skipped.

Im in Ajax, Ontario

I turned off the outside lights, and will be hiding in the bushes with a hose.

I mean, I'm going to work soon o.o

I've thought up an idea for future years:

Get a huge cardboard box, like refridgerator huge, and enclose my door way. Get a ridiculously bright light and shine it from the back out of the door and smear some vaseline on the window. Dress up as Death and flick on the light(s) whenever people come up...all they'll see is this hazy projection...should be cool. worth trying.

edit: yeah, it's a little slow around here...I'm planning to close up shop in 30 minutes...and I'll have about 4 bags of candy left. doh.

I remember as a kid that apartments were horrible because people there were usually cheapos...

We just moved out of a complex into this house.. but when we lived in the building we werent allowed to have trick r treaters door-to-door. If we wanted to give candy we had to give a bag to management and they would have a booth set up in the lobby.

the kids are getting on their costumes and then i drive them around for about 30 minutes getting the candy
